Hi there I was wondering if you guys had any commentary on the disparities (in terms of scoring) between the 8 AM test and the 2 PM MCAT test. I recall reading a thread a while back that said that the 2 PM test was scored SIGNIFICANTLY harder. I have tried searching for other threads that address this, to no avail.
Any commentary is appreciated! Thank you

Why do you think the testmakers would unfairly lower the scores of people...just because of their time slot?

I took the 6/17 test and it definitely seemed like there were a lot more dissatisfied people than the other threads. There's probably some disparity in difficulty, but I'm assuming that's the luck of the draw, just like the subjects or topics. I do recall before scores came out, the 8 am section thought the PS was pretty tough, VR was a breeze, and BS was difficult. A lot of the people part of the 2 pm testing section, like myself, thought the PS was easy/ok, VR was terrible, and BS was difficult. When the scores came out it seemed like only the people that kind of tanked the 8 am exam were posting first, and that literally made me, along with some 2 pmers, crap their pants. But I think it turned out rather alright, I'm assuming the curve was slightly more generous for the 2 pm exam. I'm pretty sure it's just coincidental, and just like taking two separate exams on different test dates.
