Do all schools send an email when they are actively reviewing your application?

Do all schools send an email when they are actively reviewing your application? I applied to a pretty large sum of schools and have only received emails that they are "in the process of reviewing my application" by a fraction of them. Is this based upon their deadlines and whatnot?

Sorry if this has been asked before, searched and came up with nothing.

Thanks!

No, schools do things different. Good luck on your applications
