Do any regional or national companies offer tuition assistance and/or debt relief from student loans if you sign a contract to work with them for a stated time? (Who are these companies and what kind of assistance do they offer?)

Also, do any companies offer this if you agree to work in a rural or underrepresented area of the country after graduation?

The Army offers $106k, Walgreens generally can offer more. You just have to talk to them. If they need you enough, they'll give you their 1st born.

CVS has a program - I think it's $5000 per year, and you can get it for a max of 3 years (P2, P3, P4) is my understanding. And, it's a year for year commitment to work for them, or you have to pay it back.

there's actually a thread on this page that deals with part of this
