Do I have a good shot at getting into Ohio State University?

I am a junior in my undergraduate studies and I have a 3.774 overall gpa and a 3.69 science gpa which should only stay the same or increase during my senior year. I have not taken the OAT yet but I took a practice one through Kaplan and got a 300 with no studying so hopefully once I study it will be a 320+. I am in marching band, athletic band, a lifeguard, I did a mission trip in Peru, I am shadowing several optometrists, and volunteering here and there. Could anybody please tell me my chances of getting into optometry school? Specifically Ohio State University.

Your in great standing. Just take the OAT and aim for a 300± per each section and your golden.

That's great news, thanks a lot for responding, I didn't know what to think about the position I am in so I really appreciate your response.
