I'm planning on taking the PCAT next summer and by that time I would have taken bio 1/2, chem 1/2, ochem 1/2, micro, genetics, biochem 1/2, calculus, physiology, and A&P 1. Will it be necessary for me to take A&P 2 and Calculus 2 for the test? Or would studying the preparation materials be enough?

I'm trying to figure out the best way to start studying and what I need to focus on the most because I heard the new test isn't non human biology related.

Please help, thank you!!

Probably not. For A&P, study up on organ systems you aren't comfortable with. I hadn't taken anatomy or physiology in 4 years, and doing that was sufficient (91 bio score). The calc is also pretty basic, so I wouldn't worry too much about having calc 2 under your belt. Good luck!

I don't know what A&P2 consists of but I took a general, broad A&P along with another Physiology course. I don't think the entire Calc 2 course is necessary, just knowing how to integrate should be sufficient.
