Do I still have a chance?

I applied 8/20 and my application was mailed out on 9/25
I have 2 rejections ( NOVA and Midwestern-IL ) and 2 waitlist ( Buffalo and Midwestern-AZ)
so far.
Nothing from other schools. I have applied to 15 schools.
I am CA resident.
I have 3.1 SGPA and 3.4 overall
DAT 21TS and 20AA
I have decent ECs and shadowing experience.

What are my chances?

To be completely honest with you, nobody knows.

Your stats are within the bounds of being interviewed/accepted. You may or may not get an interview this cycle..
The only thing you can really do is wait. If you're still in school or are participating in some other EC's you could try updating your schools with the information, but that's about all you can do.

Just try to enjoy life and let time pass by as much as you can. You're not alone in this !
