Do you have to submit and pay AADSAS before LORs are entered?

Does anyone know if you have to "submit" and pay AADSAS before they actually enter your LORs?

The reason I ask is I know this is the case for transcript verification and DAT score reporting on the AADSAS application.

Any responses or answers would be appreciated.

I'm pretty sure they will check your LOR's in but it wont go anywhere until you submit and pay.

One of my letters was successfully uploaded and "Complete" before I paid AADSAS and submitted. The other letter was uploaded the next day.
