I'll be wrapping up my MPH, Global Health concentration, in a few months after I do my capstone project in Ghana. I am interesting in applying for a PhD but there aren't really any "Global Health PhDs"- they all tend to be more specific. I was wondering if anyone had any advice about schools and programs if I want to someday land a job with an agency like the UN, WHO, CDC, etc. I'm not ruling out doctoral programs abroad either.

Columbia, Emory, Johns Hopkins, U Miami, UNC, and U Washington have some good options for international work during the PhD years (Epidemiology or a derivative of that at Hopkins). I'd suggest looking at schools' websites to see how much global health the school offers and where people do internships (big international base in the city or options to go abroad). Good luck 🙂
