Just wondering if applicant's age affects his/her admission since I was told that for USMLE, they would not consider candidates aged over 40 or 45. I don't know if dental board is the same. Any info is appreciated! thanks

I haven't read on ADA website..or unless I missed it regarding age limit for admission. But here is what i got: Eligibility Requirements
Joint Commission on National Dental Examinations does not discriminate on the basis of age, sex, race, religion, national origin, disability or marital status.
To participate in the National Board Part I Dental Examinations, a candidate must qualify under one of the following categories:
Dental Student
Former Dental Student
Dentist
Documentation
Re-examination
Complete Re-testing
To get first hand info, call ADA 312-440-2795 🙂

Thank you guys for all these info. I think it all depends on which school you apply, although they claim that there is no discrimination on sex, age...
By the way, could you tell me which school you are in?
thanks
