Youtube.com has some physiology stuff--maybe not interactive, but at least you've got video.

my physio class currently uses www.getbodysmart.com as per recommendation from the instructor.
i just looked through it now and it turns out that a lot of things they are being taught are showing up on that site. its like a perfect match for their studies.
