So I just scheduled my 1st interview with Midwestern in Arizona for September with and I talked to a girl I know that currently goes there and she said it's really relaxed and more of an orientation rather than an interview which puts me way more at ease.

That being said, does anyone know what kind of ratio of interviews to acceptances are normal. I'm just trying to gauge how big of a deal the interview is.

It varies by school. Some are high, some are not. That being said, from all the speculation posts about this same question last year, I gather that the ratio is not too low for any school.

Interview is a BIG deal, no matter where it is. I heard from student interviewers themselves that even if the interviews are conversational and "orientation"-based, consider yourself being carefully watched the entire time (articulation, body gestures, mannerisms, social etiquette, etc etc). Nothing is off-record until you leave the building.

Why take those numbers with a grain of salt? Those are the exact numbers that got interviewed\accepted last year.
How do you know that? Were you the guy/gal that sat there doing all the counting?
