Does anyone use Osstel's ISQ device to monitor implant osseointegration and decide on immediate loading as to delayed loading?

When I become an OMS or periodontist, I plan to use it, as I can load implants ASAP, rather than make a patient wait months for their teeth just because I have no idea if the implant is stable or not.

Using it would increase implant success rate, patient satisfaction, and decrease implant failure.

Theoretically this is true. But a high ISQ has not been shown to correlate to higher placement torque, secondary stability, or implant success. Surgeon's preference, of course, but if we're talking primary stability at placement I'd prefer to obtain that with insertion torque when deciding whether or not to place a cover screw, healing abutment, or immediate restoration.
