Does CCOM have family housing?

I noticed on thier web site that they mention available apartments for med students. Are these for family housing? If so, has anyone been inside them and can tell me how livable they were for 3 member household. Perhaps on a scale of 1 - 10.

The apartments are 500 square feet, unfurnished, with a living room with a kitchen on the side, bedroom, and bathroom with bathtub.

Married couples have lived in apartments, but I haven't heard of children. I would suggest calling CCOM and asking Mary Wilson, the director of residential life, whether 3 people can live in an apartment.
