Does EK really have that many errors?

I'm trying to decide between EK and Kaplan. I think EK would work better for my style of self-study (and I'll be taking Bio and Chem during the time I am studying, so that can handle the more detailed stuff EK is missing). At the same time, the reviews seem to suggest a lot of errors in the content of the book. I just don't want to be in doubt over the accuracy of material I am learning...
