Does having a BA instead of BS matter?

hey guys, so I was originally a biology major but I switched to having a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies so I can graduate. I couldn’t afford to pay excess credit surcharges. I also completed all the Pre-Reqs I need for optometry school. But I’m just wondering if they care that I don’t have a BS

It doesn't matter, they just expect to see all prereqs either completed or about to be officially completed before matriculation.
