Does Peer Advising Count as Teaching Experience or as Volunteering?

Hi! I'm an official peer advisor for my college and I was wondering whether it counted as teaching or volunteering experience? I don't paid/get any school credit for it.

Peer advising or mentoring generally falls under Teaching, however if it's a volunteer position you can also chose that category, depending on which balances your application best.
