Does the NBOME PE suffice for programs requesting NBME PE?

I've seen programs specifically say "USMLE 1, 2, and NBME PE" are specifically required for programs. This may seem like a dumb question but shouldn't the NBOME PE suffice?

Yea, in ~99% of programs COMLEX PE suffices for USMLE CS. The ones that don’t accept it probably don’t take DOs.
