technically if you have received an interview you are on a level playing field but your mcat and gpa are quite low which could be concerning to both howard and meharry. I tend to be a pessimist so take what I say with that in mind, but you have not shown that you have mastered your science and overall college coursework. You have either struggled through or not put enough effort as you could. Either way that is a red flag that you will do the same in medical school. Although you received interviews you have a high chance of being waitlisted and then encouraged to complete their post-bac program. So that is the pessimist/realist talking.
On the other hand I do not know your full application. You could know key individuals at these respective institutions, or your LORs could be absolutely steller. Perhaps there was some tragedy that occured in college that I don't know about but that HU and meharry know about. Perhaps all of these things will play into you getting an acceptance letter, but I would plan in case it doesn't via: letters of intent to the schools, thank you cards to interviewers, second looks if available, and research into post-bac programs in case things don't go as you would like.
