Part 2 takers...pls lets discuss q's from q papers mainly the case based ones here..Case based q' are very difficult to discuss here.But please lets have patience and look into our papers.Kindly plssssssss help me and put forward your doubts too

I have a doubt in March 1987 paper..Endo-Perio section.Please take a look at it....

Patient has recession in canine,molars.Mand left molar distal root is destroyed due to caries.Many problems..
What should be the first sequence of treatment??
why should it not be scaling or rather any other tooth...as there is lot of recession in canine and max right 1st molar?
