each aminoacid is represented by 1 codon (triplet of 3 nitrogenous bases) and nucleotide is nitrigenous base +phos+ sugar .so to reprent 150 aminoacids. multply 150 by 3 to get 450 nulecoltides.
hope i have cleard ur doubt

thanks manik

i think there was a mistake, there are 150x3, plus 3 more amino acids for the stop codon, thus there would be 453

i would like to thank my labmate jjm for figuring this out!

hey... questions on DAT don't go that much into details.

2.buccally
3.mesially
4 distally

I thot the answer was lingual....but the answer is given as buccally?!?!
Is it a typo??

can someone pls explain..thanks!

c. Citrate bound
Ans a

Wouldn.t it be ionized serum. Most of the available calcium is ionized serum. Im not sure though

yes it shud be ionized serum
as that is the readily avaliable and ionized is the one that is involved in action potential
