I called the office today and they weren’t able to give me an exact date :/ but they said we will likely hear a decision by the end of the week

Thanks for the info! I called last week and got the same answer. Orientation starts Monday so I’m just hoping we hear back ASAP

Hey, I've been lurking on this page for awhile and I am also on the waitlist. Do you think the Admissions Committee is trying to open up more spots for those on the waitlist or are they just seeing who will decline an invitation?

Thanks for the update. So my guess is that they aren't taking anyone else from the waitlist?

Not sure. He could’ve meant the class is full counting people they were planning on taking off the waitlist or already full without counting the waitlist. Best of luck to you!! I hope this means everyone else will find out today.

It's ridiculous. According to jp20, they seem to already know who's in their class, so it would be nice to just let us know if we got accepted or rejected instead of keeping us in the dark.

I heard back yesterday, they said they filled up the class and they weren’t able to make any room for people on the waitlist. They gave me an interview for the IHS program. I’m trying to see if they will consider me for the IMS program since it’s better suited for me. Does anyone know if this is feasible or would I have to do a separate application for IMS?

I'm just confused as to why they only notified certain people about this? They really should have called/emailed everyone with an answer.

Yea I have no idea why, you didn’t receive a phone call or an email later in the day? It’s unprofessional that they would just ghost like that.

Just found out about the DPMS at Drexel, is anyone else interested in it?? I've been reading posts all over sdn and it seems pretty straight forward, although I haven't taken the mcat and still an undergrad! (Hopefully applying this spring)

I am interested but not sure if the application cycle 2018-2019 is for the Fall 2018 applicants or the Fall 2019 applicants? Just wondering if you had any idea

Track 1 you’re taking MCAT prep classes on top of your coursework for the degree.

People who are not accepting interview invites, is there a reason why? Maybe a better SMP with linkage? Currently I want to apply to DPMS but I'm taking my MCAT in April and my scores will not be available until May 14th and the deadline for this year's cycle is May 1st. Should I move up my MCAT just for this program or should I look at other SMPs? Will graduate with a 3.0x gpa and I have excellent EC's.
