Hi, I'm considering applying to the Drexel COM's Master's in Biomedical Studies program and my cGPA is a 3.19 whereas my sGPA is a 2.79, both with a consistent upwards trend. I've talked to a past student of the program who told me they entered with even lower stats than me and had a 4.0 whilst in the program, and they told me based on my stats I would be considered a good candidate for the program. However, I have seen like no statistics about how large the applicant pool is and how many students get accepted/rejected. From some people I hear that classes begin with 20 to 40 students but end up in 10 students at the end of the program due to how intense the classes are. Intense classes are no issue for me. However, I am worried that I'll be applying to a program where I have low chance to enter.

They have a table on their website that shows the gpa and MCAT requirements for the many different post bac programs they offer. They also have a upcoming info session on 23rd, you can ask those questions in that zoom call. I'm personally applying to the ims program, currently studying for the MCAT, hopefully take it Jan 2026 ( and make the cutoff of 509).
