I took both Gen. Ed. Biology BSC1005 (Not the Biology 101 that's required) and Anatomy at a local college as a dual enrollment student in my senior year in high school. Do these two count in the aacomas science gpa? Are these considered classes in my "freshman" year?

Yes the do count as part of your AACOMAS GPA and should be marked as freshman year classes since AACOMAS does not have a high school option. Additionally, you will have to submit a transcript from you local college where dual enrollment was completed
