Hello there!
Has anyone heard about the DDKQ - Dyslipidemia Dietary Knowledge Questionnaire? I've recently stumbled on an article that concluded that this questionnaire is valuable to assess how much people really know about the relationship between their diet and their plasma cholesterol's level. The article said it's a multiple-choice questionnaire but it does not report the full-view: I've searched a lot and all I could find was the questions asked but not the answers to be chosen... Does anyone know where to get them, please?
Also, if you have heard about this questionnaire before, how do you think we must interpret its scores? Since the article doesn't mention that either...
Thanks a lot in advance!
P.S.: Do you happen to know about any other questionnaire used to evaluate people's knowledge about diet's effect on cholesterol?
