Anyone knows how the early admission process works? Is it possible to get early admission after being on waitlist? If yes when should someone expect to hear for early admission

There is no early admission. Students interviewed before December 1, are all given the same priority regardless of when they interview. In early December, decisions are made. Students who are interviewed after December are accepted on rolling admission.

Every application, your status with the school starts over. It doesn't matter if you were the next person in line to get a slot should someone have withdraw before school started. Your application for the following year, your status is just like everyone elses. There is no such thing as an early acceptance when applying the traditional route. Dental schools cannot notify before Dec 1st.
