Is it worth joining the editorial board of the school science journal as an english editor? would it make a big difference on my apps?

I plan on applying to Touro NY, LIU and rutgers.

my GPA is 3.97 and my pcat composite is 90
I am also a member of the science society of my school.

I've always thought that it's silly to do extracurricular activities just to improve your pharmacy school app. And with your stats, you certainly don't need to add fluff to your application anyway. If it's something you have a legitimate interest in, then do it. Otherwise, don't.
