No....for the most part it's really all you need. You may want to get a general bio book and read a chapter on gene expression and regulation as the mcat seems to be emphasizing this more.
The topical practice tests are too easy however. If you are taking the 23 question topical tests in the back of the book and not getting at least 18 right in every section, you have some serious issues on the bio section.
