EM COMAT tips? What's it like/how do i study for it?

Taking the EM COMAT next and just wanted some insight
I already took surgery, IM, FM. I was told that there's a lot of trauma that overlaps with surgery too
I'm using COMQUEST for the EM COMAT since there's no UWorld section dedicated to EM specifically, and I'm reading case files for EM.
Anything else im missing? thanks!
