The info on the website for docs is rather sparse. Do you like working with EMA? What is the employment model? The group seems rather big to be a true democratic group, but they state that you make partner after 2-3 years. What changes as a partner? What type of benefits are included? Do you feel like your compensation is fair? How is the staffing-super lean to increase profits, more middle-of-the-road, or variable depending on the site? Any details would be helpful.
