I'm writin an email confirmin that i'll come in for an interview. on the letter inviting me, it says "PLEASE ADVISE US IF YOU REQUIRE AND SPECIAL DIETARY CONSIDERATION"
I want to tell them i'm a vegetarian, but i don't it to sound like i'm so interested in the food. how should i word it?

I'm not sure why you think just telling them you are a vegetarian is too food-forward.

Just say it. They asked right? How is saying "I am a vegetarian" any different than saying "I require a kosher meal," or "I am allergic to nuts."

It isn't strange in the least bit to be a vegetarian.

Good Luck with the INTerview
