I agree with DVN 100%. My rank list would probably give several people on this forum hives. It's based more on how I felt about the programs than which one is the most prestigious or the strongest academically. In fact, I feel pretty good about the lower rankings I've given some of the stronger programs on my list, just based on my "gut" feelings on interview day.
At the end of the day, you have to live and work with the people wherever you end up. How you feel about your environment is going to influence how well you perform as a resident which in turn will influence your fellowship options.
