Emory acceptances come out tomorrow... is anyone else anxious?

does anyone know if they send out rejections after interview?

tomorrow is the last batch of acceptances. i interviewed at the very end of january and have yet to hear anything from them, so i guess tomorrow is it for me.

rejections and waitlists go out tues-fri.

i don't know about emory; i had a super crappy panel experience, and the 5-hour-death-march of a tour (when it was above 80 degrees) really left a crappy taste in my mouth.

does anyone have a link to their matchlist?

what did you guys think of emory?
i was really turned off by the fact that i met quite a few students there that really just didn't like their experience there. it really reminded me of nyu, where there was a super-heavy lecture preclinical experience, which everyone hated, followed by two really amazing clinical years with the public hospital, grady.
but still, i can't shed the fact that i met so many miserable students there...

oh well, chances are they won't give me the choice anyway. if i were to get in, i would have to visit again anyway.
what do you guys think, pitt or emory?

I interviewed in early December and I am yet to hear anything too. I will be real glad when all this is over.
I thought emory was good though. I wasn't exactly having a field time at the 3 on 3 but it wasnt hell on earth either. I would advise them to do away with it though.
So rejections go out this week Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Choker: I disagree. Most of the students I met at Emory loved it. And I sat in on a Friday PBL seminar that seemed really cool. I'm really hoping I get in.

Anyone know if Emory will give out admission information over the phone? Anyone want to be a guinea pig?

Does anyone know how much of their class is filled up so far? Could another guinea pig volunteer for this question

They will give out decisions over the phone, at least accpetances.

Logan: Did you find out you got in today by calling them? Or do you just know they will give out information over the phone?

I called and they said all decisions would be EMAILED by next week. That seems different from the sheet I got when I interviewed which said they'd send letters this week. Whenever anyone gets a lucky email, let us know....

Emory is acting funny; Seems like they are not going by the schedule that they gave us at the interview. I called today and the woman told me that no decision on my file has been made yet. Given that acceptances should be known by today, I asked whether that means I have not been accepted. She said no! Was she just trying to be nice?!!

Yeah thats weird, I had called on other days when they were sending out acceptances and she told me I wasnt in the pile, I guess they got behind.
