So I might get a business degree emphasis on Entrepreneurship.
I was just wondering if this would be cause for concern since admittedly it doesn't show any interest in pharmacy.

But will it hurt my chances that much? Especially considering you don't even need a 4 year degree for some schools, nor do they care about major? I also might have enough credits to fulfill a dual degree with a science major(biochem). If that helps.

Will getting a solid PCAT score and sGPA erase any doubts.

Not in the least. Most pharmacy schools would love to have a more academically diverse student population. However, having good grades in the science courses does go further...
