EPIC Chart review

Anyone have any advice? I'm trying to do a chart review in epic. All I need to do is pull the diagnoses seen in the entire peds clinic every day for 3 months last year. Anyone have a clue of how this can be achieved without going through EVERY CHART ONE BY ONE?

Yes go chat with whoever runs IT or medical records or something like that for your hospital. Every encounter has to be associated with a diagnosis and thus an icd code. Have them run a report for icd-10 codes associated with clinic visits. Voila.

They're called analysts and setting up Epic for the hospital is their full-time job.
