hey just curious, but did anyone get an email from ERAS about being able to use it in the scramble this year?

I did not, and neither did a friend, but a 3rd person we know did. Also, someone on AuntMinnie said that you could use ERAS to scramble last year too - if this is true, then why do people talk about needing your documents and a fax machine?

Got an email tonight from NRMP about Match Week Schedule. It included some directions about who can access the unfilled programs list and so forth... It did not mention using ERAS per se to scramble.

The email about the scramble was from ERAS, not NRMP - and referred people to this website: http://www.aamc.org/students/eras/info_scramble/start.htm

any idea why some people got that email from ERAS that you just mentioned & some did not? i'm just hoping that my not receiving it is somehow an indication that i matched.

According to this thread: http://forums.studentdoctor.net/showthread.php?p=6366089#post6366089, everyone was supposed to get it. And yet it seems a minority of people applying to Radiology got it, and nobody I know got it (applying to any specialty)...
