How common is the issue where your face freezes on VITA halfway through the interview? This happened to me today and I also heard it happened to a friend of mine. They tout the errors as "infrequent" but it seems like this happens quite a bit.
Also, has anyone else heard of not using Safari for it? This may have been why mine crashed, but I never heard anywhere not to use it. Anybody else having any errors with VITA?
