Hi everyone,
Does anybody have any insight as to how easy/difficult it is to establish in-state residency at UMSL? From my understanding, out-of-state students can apply for in-state residency after their first year of optometry school, but it doesn't sound like the school grants that in-state status to all the students that apply.
