Patient has loss of taste, upper n lower lip laceration . Pts friend suggests its because of his previous amalgum restoration ? what will the dentist do?
Reject the case
send it to the stomatologist
take the radiograph n see
Remove the restoration n go for composite

basically we cannot be a detective so whatever the case maybe we gotta give to the authorities but the catch here is we cannot keep calling the police over issues until there is physical abuse. i dont know. but still i think the right answer will be call the police though.

and in second i dont think we can do anything without knowing the cause and that would require us to send the patient over to the stomatologist

Can somebdy tell me where can i find information on dental ethics apart from decks? How much time does it take to prepare on the ethics part? Wud one day be sufficient?😱
