hi, i know this is random but i will be starting at ETSU this fall and i was wondering if any of you current students could give me some advice on where to live. I have heard about parkview terrace apartments and i would really like to find some information on them but the internet has nothing...... could anyone help me out please? i would appreciate it. thanks 🙂

I go to school there. I have never heard of those apartments but there are plenty of places for rent around Johnson City so you want have any trouble finding a place to live. There are some apartments just across the road from the school that look real nice. If you want me to i'll drive by there tomorrow and see if they have a number outside for you to call. Also you can google the johnson city press and find apartments and houses for rent

Hey! It looks like we'll be future classmates! If you hear any good info about apts., let me know, because I'm in the same situation. I wasn't sure how fast they fill up in JC so I didn't know if it was too early to start looking..and I also don't know where to start honestly haha. I've talked to a few current students and they just told me to make the drive and look around. If I find anything good, I'll let you know!

I go to ETSU College of Pharmacy and there are several apartments in the area. There is an online apartment guide http://www.tricityapt.com/ that has a lot of local rentals. I would definitely recommend visiting Johnson City and looking at different apartments before settling. I know some people in my class are stuck in apartment buildings with noisy undergrad students.
