Examkrackers 7th Edition vs 6th Edition?

Can anyone tell me if there are any major differences between EK 6th edition and the 7th edition? I'm using the 6th edition, but I want to know if I'm missing out or not. Thanks.

You should get the 7th edition, the covers are different .
