I had an internship for 120 hours for my Exercise science major in my final semester. It was at hospital fitness center. I had a mentor and observed exercise prescriptions. My question is where do i enter these hours? My preceptor is not a PT. I feel like i can use these hours but not clear how to

You can't use observation hours that weren't done under a licensed PT. Put it as EC.

Was it class credit. If so, it would already be on your transcript. It really is not going to make a difference on your application. It's exercise.
