Do podiatry school admissions take extracurriculars into account?
I have a weak GPA (2.9) and was wondering if my strong extracurricular credentials might offset that some.

This is a question to ask each admissions advisor, they would be able to speak directly for the ADCOM at the schools you are interested in.

From what I was able to gather, Podiatry related experiences are the most important, followed by healthcare related and then personal experiences that make you a unique applicant.

As far as EC making up for GPA/MCAT, that's another question the admissions advisor could answer with much more authority.

SDN is really not the place to search for this type of information, you will get opinions and personal experiences. What would benefit you the most would be first hand guidance from someone who has experience evaluating applicants as it relates to a certain school ie admissions coordinators/advisors.

a 23+ MCAT with make up for the 2.9 GPA if your sGPA is also close to the 2.9 cGPA
