Failed CS 1st attempt. How will programs know I have 2nd attempt score coming soon?

Failed CS first attempt. Luckily I was able to retake it soon after I saw my score. I submitted my ERAS application last week. I won't get the results of my 2nd attempt until Oct. 12. The only scores they can see on my USMLE transcript are STEP 1 (passed 1st attempt), CK (passed 1st attempt), and my 1st attempt CS fail.

How do I let programs know that I retook the exam???!
