If you apply to med schools is your grade of an F or D, even you though you have repeated that class and gotten an A or B calculated in your BCPM GPA?

Yes.
 
Yes, but if you have an otherwise strong record it shouldn't be a major problem. I failed Spanish 101 back in 1999 (because I thought I had dropped it and somehow I didn't get taken out of the class like the registrar's office said they had) and I still have a 3.5 GPA (and steadily increasing).
 
The lower the units in the failing class the better. Getting an A or B after that will help.
