So I was put on the alternate list at a school. According to the school thread, it is basically a polite rejection. I would love to get some feedback from the school. Should I actually wait until the cycle is over, or do you think it is okay to ask now, even though I am still technically in the running.

I would use this time to express my continued interest in the school, without begging or crying I hope. :angelic:

You're accepted though, why would feedback matter? It's not like you're going to reapply. You can't change anything.

I wouldnt, you might come across as a gunner.

I guess I just would like some closure. I thought that I did well, and now I am stressed that I don't interview well, etc. I felt blindsided by the rejection, though the same interviewer rejected plenty of applicants with similar stats that also thought they were were a good fit. If I truly suck at interviewing I want to know before residency interviews.
