How many of these Abbott/BosSci/etc courses should I attend? As many as possible and just take advantage of the free training, travel, and lodging or just a few a year?

As a fellow? Go to as many as you can. What’s the harm?

I would do two, Abbott and nevro

Go to ones in regions you would work.
Go to ones where they do practice development
Go to ones whenever it doesn't detract from the actual clinical training you're doing.

The companies themselves are relatively interchangeable, but once you have a job lined up, figure out which company is used there and try to get into education courses with them.

Use the time to also explore techniques/devices you might not get training in like vertebral augmentation, MILD, Vertiflex, etc.
