I have already submitted to 19 schools and was verified 6/12, but I want to make sure that my school list is high yield, or see if I need to add a few more schools.
GPA: 4.0
MCAT: 514 (128/129/131/126)
Majors: Biology and Biochem; Math minor
Race: White
Residence: OK
College: Regional Public in OK
Non-clinical volunteer: 380
Clinical Volunteer: 85
Shadow: 50
Research: 750 (150 at my school, 600 at Duke Med internship)
Poster Presentations: 1, will have more after next semester for update letters. Abstract was published in a regional yearly journal (it's not exactly impressive.)
Leadership: 205 (SGA pres)
RA: 800
Receptionist in Univ. Pres. Office: 360
Other ECs: 320
LORs: 5 strong-very strong + 1 Duke specific from my PI that should be very strong as well
PS and Secondaries: I tend to be a very good writer, so hopefully I have written over the right subjects!

If I could go back in time, I would probably remove UVA because I think my chances at such a competitive OOS public are very slim. What do y'all think? I would consider removing Cinci for the same reason, but at least my MCAT is at/near the median.
How high yield is my list? Should I consider adding more? Who should I think about adding? At the fiance's request, I have agreed to not apply to any NY schools (although I think some of them look neat), and we would both prefer not to move to Cali. Thanks for the input!
