I understand backing off of it for not wanting people to arrive a wrong conclussions about you. But then either a)Don't make a statement like that or b)Keep it a little but longer and get some info .

First impression is that you were too aware of looking bad so even if it looked funny for you when you did it, you felt the urge to clarify it was a joke rather quickly .


Also, I've doing research and you seem to know fluff, so I'm interested to know what is your opinion on her recent posting?

Thanks, teach! yeah when I posted it I thought it would be read as an obvious joke, hence my instinct to clarify quickly when animal midwife was responding like it was a noob question for the mods. Tho honestly part of the reason I voted for amw was the quick jumping to responding to the fake claim like it was a genuine ask which would be a good way of covering to imply that she doesn’t know that I’m not the death knight if shes in a wolf faction with the death knight tho also I don’t know enough about the death knight in fire emblem to even know what faction they’d be but yeah you’re probably right it would have been better to not rescind so quickly so…l maybe I am the death knight???? 🤔🤔🤔☠️☠️☠️⚔️⚔️⚔️

as for fluff I know human!fluff very well but I’m still learning wolfgame!fluff. I know that for the last several games pretty much every one has started with AMW pressuring fluff and fluff getting kinda defensive, so it seems like that exchange is par for the course and nai

Edit: tweaked last sentence to clarify who pressures and who gets defensive
 
I wouldnt specifically call the death night evil per say, and I'm not sure yet if flavor means anything, though I have no idea how flavor works on this site, I'd expect if it meant anything wolves would have fake claims

My Interpretation basing on what the book narrates about that fates hydra game, Is that there was a intention of treating you in a similar way there, but then you were weirded out by my him not townreading you and then it all developed poorly.

But that was santygrass Skill Issue, I am clearly superior and wont commit those mistakes

Why doesn't zuri count? But also I'm not sure how many of them know the thread is open. If you don't watch it, you don't get notifications. That's a common issue if there's a significant gap between tag time and actual thread unlocking (assuming you're not used to that sort of thing).

We’ll fwiw I almost certainly wouldn’t know the thread was open if it weren’t for fluff, so in that since I probably don’t count as a representative of noibgameawareness. I miss @Wondalfy and @chicandtoughness tho

In general, I feel the first day or so of any type of game like this is wild speculation, and I've always had trouble with that part. It feels like a good system to follow.

Plus I'm a fan of unusual/memorable characters.

I'll tell you right now that it's not wild speculation so as long as everyone does their part in pressuring the entire roster. Quietness, followiing the consensus without offering additional thoughts, and waiting until the last third of the day to vote the first time is the issue.

You may have already seen my prior post but, in case you haven't, Nate's intro is NAI. He planned it before the game randed.

Not really. And I’m not the best at interpreting tone or forming meta reads either. There’s more than 21 of us though and plenty of time to form thoughts.
So far, other than the eagerness of Wiisp to place a vote (I know others voted already but I don’t find that unusual for them) nothing really stands out. Also since I don’t know how SOV plays, the first vote on PSV didn’t seem that sus to me.

You don't know how Wisp plays either... I guess I just thought you were village reading those three since you brought them up and not others.

honestly curious if you ever catch wolves on d1? Or have at a better rate than a random dice roll? It seems pretty random to me at this point though I do believe d1 is relevant in retrospect, since once you know how people flip you can look at their commenting and yeeting history and start putting pieces together, but I feel like with the lack of information we have now + the funkiness of the multi faction mechanics + the amount of noobs in this game it’s really hard for me to infer anything substantive through the thick fog of first day awkwardness

Yep. Hit a wolf D1 multiple times last year, in fact, if you'd like to look at the last year's game list.

D1 is never random unless you treat it like it is.

Mechanics don't matter. Go after the wolves and it'll solve itself.
