Congratulations, RookTookIt!

On that note, this thread makes me happy. Hopefully I'll be able to come back one day victorious and pronounce my lifetime donor status.

Congrats! You must have been ecstatic, I'm happy for you :)

Congrats. After going through the cycle one time, you deserve a fistbump for doing it thrice.

nice work...I might be following the same path. The info on here has definitely made a difference for me.

Congratz dude!!!!!! Youre going to be a doctor!!!!!!

congrats :)

i couldn't afford the lifetime donation, but donated what I could to show my support for this wonderful resource.

I will donate lifetime when my gold runs out. Or should I do it now >.>

So that other people can learn from you, what was it that made you have to apply to 3 different years??

the yoozh -- low GPA and late apps. obviously the lateness was an easy fix, but i actually didn't change my GPA. i did apply this time with a higher MCAT and a couple of first author papers. i would be lying though if i didn't think a large part of it was just luck this time around.
