First Aid older edition VS new one

I just started reading First Aid step 2(4th, 2003 edition) that I borrowed from a friend. My exam is in a few weeks. Is it worth buying a new version of the book that everyone is praising so much lately, or will the older version suffice?

Typically, I would say not for many sources. However, since First Aid is such a
highly-regarded source (and one that is updated based on testtaker feedback), I would recommend buying the newer edition!
